Heard learned Counsel for the applicant. This is an appeal preferred under proviso to section 372 of Cr.P.C., challenging the order of acquittal passed by the Metropolitan Magistrate, Court No.62, Dadar, Mumbai thereby acquitting the respondent Nos.2 to 5 for the offences punishable under Sections 498A and 406 read with Section 34 of IPC. In view of the provisions of Section 372 of Cr.P.C. present appeal is required to be taken before the concerned Sessions Court.
