DATED : 29th NOVEMBER, 2021 P.C:- On 20th February 2020, on the notice being served to the complainant, he has put an appearance through the learned counsel and oppose the application.

On the last date of hearing i.e. 30th October 2021, the learned APP made a statement that they are likely to file a 'C' Summary report and the approval of the higher authorities is awaited.

2/2 5 ABA 402-20.doc Today, a statement is made by the learned APP that the higher authority has refused its approval. A statement also come from the Investigating Officer Mr.Bandekar, API who is present in the Court, that the custodial interrogation of the applicant in C.R.No.523/19 is not warranted.

In these circumstances the order dated 20th February 2020 admitting the applicant to the protection in the event of his arrest is confirmed with a modification that the applicant shall attend to the Investigating Officer as and when called for. SMT. BHARATI DANGRE, J Tilak
