FINAL ORDER :

The learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.1/Corporation on instructions makes statement that the representation concerning the due amount towards the arrears of retirement benefits filed by the Petitioner dated 17th April, 2017 by making reference to the various earlier representations, is received and further forwarded to the Transport Manager, who is the authority to deal with such representations of the Petitioner in accordance with law.

The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner on instructions submitted that some directions may be issued so that

We are in agreement with the said submissions and therefore, directing the Respondent No.1/ Corporation to decide the representation as early as possible and preferably within 10 weeks. The Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. 4.

All contentions are kept open.
