DATED : 9th OCTOBER, 2023 P.C:- On expressing my disinclination to entertain the application, the learned counsel seek permission to withdraw the same. Permission granted.

Application stands disposed off as withdrawn. The learned counsel Mr. Paramane would make a serious grievance about his incarceration since 9/03/2019 and he submit that till date, even charge has not been framed and he also make a request for expediting the trial.

Though I am not inclined to grant the latter relief, I deem it appropriate to request the Sessions Court, Belapur to Ashish

Mr. Sarkar, who is appointed through legal aid to represent the complainant, has invited my attention to the gravity of the accusations levelled against the appellant, as according to him, he is the assailant, who has caused injuries to Vaibhav Sadavar and is responsible for the death of deceased Rajesh Ingale.

I must place on record the appreciation for Mr. Sarkar for his able assistance and request the legal services authority to make payment of legal remuneration due and payable to him within period of six weeks from today. ( SMT. BHARATI DANGRE, J.) Ashish
