The Learned Counsel appearing for the third respondent, on instructions states that if the petitioner produces original mark-sheet and passing certificate of SSC examination in the office of the third respondent, within a period of 15 days from the date of production of the said documents, the date of birth of the petitioner on the said documents will be corrected in terms of order of the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Sangola (Exh. B to the petition). We accept the aforesaid statement made by the third respondent. By accepting the aforesaid statement, the petition stands disposed of.
