Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

This is an application for transit bail. The applicants are the resident of Mumbai. They apprehend arrest in respect of C.R.No. 148/2019 registered by Peravalli Police Station, Andhra Pradesh pursuant to the complaint filed for the offence punishable under sections 120B, 386, 409, 417, 420, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Learned counsel for the applicant has placed on record the copy of the complaint filed by the complainant before 1/2
Urmila Ingale 904.aba.346-23.doc the Court of IInd Additional, 1st Class Magistrate at Tanuku. I have perused the copy of the complaint.

The complainant was knowing the applicant no.1 and wife of the applicant no.1 since 2011. It is alleged that for business purpose, the complainant handed over substantial sums of money to the applicant no.1 as well as applicant no.2. The details of the amount cheated is stated in the said complaint. I am satisfied that for a limited period, the applicants can be protected by granting transit bail. 5.
In the event of arrest of the applicants in connection with FIR No. 148/2019 registered with Peravalli Police Station, Andhra Pradesh, the applicant no.1-Maheshchandra Vishwanath Dubey and the applicant no. 2-Surendra Ramkishore Gupta be released on bail for a period of 4 weeks from today on their furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each with one or more sureties in the like amount;
