This is an application seeking transfer of P.A. Petition No. 854 of 2018 pending before the Family Court, Pune to Family Court, Satara and to be heard with Petition No. 143 of 2019 filed by the applicant seeking restitution of conjugal rights. Learned Counsel for the respondent upon instructions and in the presence of the respondent fairly submits that there would be no impediment in granting prayer clause and clubbing both the matters. It is submitted that both the matters be directed to be heard expeditiously.

In view of this, Misc. Civil Application is allowed in Talwalkar
