This is an application for condonation of delay in preferring appeal challenging the judgment of conviction dated 3rd November, 2016. There is delay of 5 years & 86 days in preferring appeal.

The applicant has been conviction for offence punishable under Section 376(2)(l)(n) of Indian Penal Code and sentenced to suffer imprisonment of 10 years. 3.

The applicant has contended that the applicant is deaf and dumb. His parents are illtreated. For the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice, the delay is condoned. 4.
