In pursuance of the directions of this Court, the petitioner has deposited an amount of Rs. 33,08,000/- and therefore, this Court has continued the ad-interim order. In that view of the matter, during the pendency of the said writ petition, the applicant cannot seek direction to the petitioner to pay the total sum of Rs. 48,27,198/-. The application is not maintainable and therefore, dismissed.
