None appears on behalf of the Petitioner. Even in the morning session when the matter was called out, neither Petitioners nor their counsel were present. It appears that Petitioners are not keen in pursuing the matter. Secondly, Petitioners can always take recourse of filing the appeal against the demand of the amount towards evasion of octroi and the compounding fee made by the Respondent -Corporation. If such an appeal is filed, the issue of limitation will be 1 / 2

We are informed that the issue which has been raised by the Petitioners in this petition has already been answered by this Court in a group of petitions in a lead petition being Writ Petition No. 1610 of 2010, disposed of by judgment and order dated 18th January, 2013.
