The petitioner seeks direction to implicate Mr. Ganesh Sangle, Tahsildar as an accused in C.R. No. 12 of 2015. Learned APP submits that in the investigation material was not found to involve the Tahsildar. Statement of the Tahsildar is recorded. He is one of the witnesses. The charge-sheet is already filed.

Without expressing any opinion on merits, we observe that it is for the trial court, during the course of trial, to take appropriate view of the matter. Alternate remedies are open to the petitioner. Petition is disposed of.
