By this application, the applicant seeks orders for compliance with an order passed in the Domestic Violence case, for payment of arrears and a direction that the learned Magistrate should pass the appropriate orders independent of the order dated 15th December, 2014 passed by the Court in the above Family Court Appeal.

In respect of order dated 15th December, 2014, the applicant had taken out Civil Application No.114 of 2014 seeking modification/cancellation of the order dated 15th December, 2014 passed in the Family Court Appeal

2 ca63.16 which has been disposed of today by a separate order. The Family Court Appeal has been admitted and awaits final hearing. In the meantime the impugned judgment dated 6th December, 2013 was stayed on terms mentioned in the order dated 15th December, 2014 since the appeal is awaiting final disposal and there is no occasion for passing any further order at this stage and in view of disposal of Civil Application No.114 of 2016, no further orders are required to be passed. Needless to mention that the proceedings which are unaffected by the order dated 15th December, 2014 may be heard in accordance with law. The application is disposed of in the above terms. (A.K.
