Prayer is to review the order dated 16/01/2016 passed in Criminal Application No.1372 of 2016. Later, the Application was filed for quashing of FIR by consent.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant fairly states that the parties are present today. However, in the meanwhile, charge-sheet is URS 1 of 2

2 APPP 108-16.odt-3 already presented and the matter has been sent for commission to the Sessions Court. Before the Sessions Court, the parties are expected to appear on 03/01/2019.

She, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the present Criminal Application with liberty to the parties to apply to that Court for discharge.

In view of this request, keeping all the contentions of the parties open, we dispose of the proceedings as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
