Mr. Limaye, learned counsel for the petitioner, placed on record a Government Resolution dated 6th May, 2014 and made a statement that the petitioner's grievance that the services rendered in unaided school should be counted for considering the grant of senior pay-scale is redressed. He submitted that the grievance raised in the petition no more survives and, accordingly, sought leave to withdraw the petition. Leave as prayed for, is granted. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
