1] After hearing learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the respondents, learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to file fresh application for amendment of the plaint before the trial Court.

2] Learned counsel for the respondents opposed the said prayer. However, as the petitioners do not want to proceed with the writ petition and only seeking liberty to file fresh application, petition is disposed as withdrawn with liberty as sought. 3] It is needless to state that if such application is filed by the petitioners, trial Court shall decide the same in accordance with law.
