This is an application for bringing legal heirs of deceased respondent No.3-Krushna Hira Karadi on record who is stated to have died on 4th February, 2016.

There is some delay in bringing the legal representatives of the deceased Krushna on record.

For the reasons stated in the application, delay is condoned. The application is allowed. Proposed legal heirs of the deceased as stated on page No.2 of the application be brought on record by carrying out necessary amendment. Amendment shall be carried out within three weeks. After carrying out the amendment, amended copy be furnished to the learned Counsel for the respondent.

The abatement qua Cross Objection No.1 of 2022 in First Appeal No.1630 of 2010 as against the respondent No.3 is set aside.
