Perused the affidavit-in-reply of Shri Shailesh S. Suryawanshi, the Deputy Collector, Resettlement, Kolhapur. In Paragraph 6 of the reply, it is stated that on 1st September 2014, a land was allotted to the Petitioner. The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner on instructions states that the Petitioner has been put in possession.

For the delay in implementation of the order of this Court of which a breach is complained of, Shri Shailesh S. Suryawanshi has tendered an apology in

ash cp-265.14 Paragraph 8 of his affidavit. Therefore, it cannot be said that there is any willful breach of the order of this Court by the Respondents. Accordingly, the notice issued to the Respondents is discharged. The Petition is disposed of.
