Learned counsel for the petitioners and respondent nos. 1 to 3 state that the matter has been settled amicably and that in addition to the petitioners with whom settlement is being arrived at by respondent nos. 1 to 3 four other persons are also to benefit from the settlement, a fact that Mr. Bodake confirms. Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a Civil 1/2

In view of the fact that all counsel have agreed and the matter is now worked out I pass the following order : (i) Civil Application allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). (ii)Amendment to be carried out on or before 6 th February, 2019.

(iii)At the request of the counsel list for consent terms on th February, 2019.
