The above Civil Application has been filed seeking expeditious hearing of the above Family Court Appeal. The decree of maintenance is challenged in the above Family Court Appeal. The Applicant/Appellant also seeks enhancement of maintenance. The companion Family Court Appeal No.22 of 2014 filed by the Respondent/Husband is against the decree in so far as it rejects the decree of divorce as also challenges the quantum of maintenance granted to the wife. It appears that the above Family Court Appeal was expedited by a Division Bench of this Court on an earlier occasion. We therefore deem it appropriate to allow the above Civil Application. The above Civil Application is accordingly allowed. List the above Family Court Appeal for final hearing in the week commencing 20/02/2018 along with Civil Application No.372 of 2013 with companion Family Court Appeal No.22 of lgc

It is clarified that the other prayers in the above Civil Application have not been considered by this Court and the Applicant would be at liberty to file appropriate Application in so fr as the other prayers are concerned in future.
