This is an application seeking relief of recalling the order dated 27.11.2018 passed by the Registrar (Judicial -I) as well as effecting an amendment in the cause title so as to mention the full name of respondent No.1.

There is a delay of 28 days in filing the application seeking restoration. The learned AGP waives service for Respondent No.3. 3.

For the reasons assigned in paragraph Nos. 4,5 and 6, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c). Application is allowed and disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
