The learned counsel for the petitioners states that now charge sheet has been already filed. He prays for permitting the amendment of the petition for incorporating a challenge to the charge sheet. The petitioners have a remedy available to apply for discharge. Only if the petitioners are relying upon a document which is not a part of the charge sheet, then the question of allowing a challenge to the charge sheet in writ jurisdiction can be considered.

We, therefore, dispose of this petition by granting a liberty to the petitioners to apply for discharge.
