Perused the Writ Petition. Heard the learned advocates appearing for the parties and the following order is passed :- (i) Respondent No.3-Collector, Thane is directed to hear the Petitioners and by his order dispose of the application of the Petitioners dated 17/06/2019 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the report/recommendation received from Respondent Mugdha Page 1 of 2

10-WP 2709-2020.doc No.5, by forwarding report/recommendation to Respondent No.5.

(ii) Respondent No.5, in turn, is directed to forward its report/ recommendation to Respondent No.1 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the report/recommendation from Respondent No.3.

(iii) Respondent No.1 shall thereafter take the decision in accordance with Clause (b) of Sub-Section (1) under Section 36A of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 within a period of six weeks from the date of the receipt of the report/recommendation from Respondent No.5.
