None appears for the Petitioner. Perused the order dated 15th February, 2007 passed by the District Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies under Sub-section (2) of Section 23 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. By the said order, the third Respondent has been declared to be a member of the second Respondent Society.

We have perused the prayers. Though there is a prayer made for interim relief based on order dated 15th February, 2007, there is no substantive challenge to the said order dated 15th February, 2007.

The third Respondent appears in person and he states that he continues to be a member of the said Society.

Therefore, the Petition is misconceived and the same is accordingly rejected.
