..Respondents Ms. Vijaya S. Jagdale for the petitioner.
CORAM : A.S.OKA AND V.L.ACHLIYA, JJ.
DATED : 15th OCTOBER, 2015 P.C. :- Not on board. Taken on board.
The substantive prayer before the Family Court was for accepting the review application. The learned counsel states that the Review application has been accepted but it is not found on record. If that be so, the remedy of the petitioner is to apply to the Family Court for re-construction of the review application. Hence, this petition does not survive as far as prayer clause (a) is concerned. As far as prayer clause (b) is concerned, the said relief cannot be sought in the writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. By granting a liberty to the petitioner to take out appropriate proceedings, this writ petition is disposed of. (V.L.ACHLIYA, J.) (A.S.OKA. J.) 1/1
