Mr.Hiranandani, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, in the Contempt Petition No.25 of 2015 submits that he is not aware about this review petition. The learned Counsel for the respondent/contemnor is present. He submits that the petition has not been served on the contemnor. He submits that after the order of this Court dated 9.1.2015 dismissing the contempt petition, the petitioner has filed a Suit No.401 of 2016 in this Court.

When the review petition is called out, nobody appeared for the review petitioner. This review petition was filed in February, 2015 and is not prosecuted further till date. Hence, the review petition is dismissed for default.
