Heard. Both the counsel submit that earlier the matter was referred to the Mediator. They submit that the matter is settled before the Mediator.

The Mediator has submitted his report by letter dated 06.04.2018 along with the compromise pursis signed by the Appellant as well as the Respondent and their respective Advocates. The Appellant as well as the Respondent entered into witness box. They admit the contents of the compromise pursis dated 06.04.2018 and also execution done before the Mediator. Same is accepted. The learned counsel for the Respondent husband, after taking instructions from his client who is present in court, makes a statement that on 02.07.2018 he will handover a Demand Draft of Rs.15 lacs to the Appellant or her Advocate as per compromise pursis. The Family Court Appeal stands disposed of in terms of the compromise pursis dated 6th April, 2018 duly executed by the parties. In view of the above, nothing survives in the pending Civil Applications. Same stand disposed of infructuous. S.O. to 02.07.2018, to report compliance.
