1] The petitioner has approached this court challenging the impugned order dated 16th December 2013 passed by the DRAT in appeal no. 98 of 2013, wherein the DRAT directed the respondent therein to deposit 25% of the decreed amount in original application no. 258 of 2011 decreed in favour of the petitioner bank as pre-deposit amount in appeal no. 98 of 2013 pending before the DRAT. 2] In terms of this court's order dated 19th July 2016, the DRAT has already heard the matter and reserved for orders on merits. Since the writ petition is in respect of an interim order, we do not intend to intervene since nothing remains to be considered in this writ petition. 3] Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of.
