1] By an Order dated 6th February 2018, the applicant was g ranted interim relief.

2] Perused the record.

The record indicates that, on the date of commission of offence as alleged in the first information report, it is the son-in-law of the applicant who was occupying the premises and not the applicant. Even otherwise, the offence as alleged under Section 135 of the Electricity Act is a compoundable offence under Section 138 of the said Act. 3] In view thereof, interim relief granted by Order dated 6th February 2018 is hereby confirmed.
