The application for modification of the order dated 25-11-2011 directing to release the applicant on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- with one or more solvent sureties in sum aggregating to Rs. 1,00,000/- and upon certain conditions.

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that applicant went to the police station Vishal 1/2

15-appp-62 of 2013 for furnishing surety but the police had not accepted the same. The perusal of the application does not reveal such averments. The learned APP on the contrary submitted that the applicant never approached to the police to furnish bail.

The order is passed on 25-11-2011. The applicant is yet not arrested. The averments in para 9 reveals that the applicant had been to his native place. Having regard to all these aspects, it is difficult to accept that any case for modification is made out.

Resultantly, the application is rejected.

The police are directed to arrest the applicant and complete the investigation at the earliest.
