Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By this Application, the Applicant seeks relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court (CORAM : A.R.JOSHI, J.) vide Order dated 06.02.2014 in B.A.No.2158 of 2013. 3.

The condition of which relaxation is sought reads thus :- (iii) On availing the bail, as above, the applicant shall attend the office of the investigating agency on every Sunday between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon, till the conclusion of the trial.

Learned counsel for the Applicant states that pursuant to the Order dated 06.02.2014, the Applicant has been attending the concerned police station on every Sunday between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon. He submits that the trial has commenced and the first witness is in the witness box. He states that the Applicant has been attending the trial Court on the dates given by the trial Court.

Learned APP does not dispute the said statement. 6.

Perused the papers.

The condition was imposed in February, 2014. It is not in dispute that the Applicant has complied with the condition till date. It is also not in dispute that the trial has commenced and the first witness is in the witness box. The statement of the learned counsel for the Applicant is accepted, that the Applicant has been attending the trial Court on the dates given by the trial Court.

In view of the aforesaid, the Application is allowed & the aforesaid condition [ Clause (iii) ] of the Order dated 06.02.2014 is relaxed.

Accordingly, the Application is disposed of.
