(i) The CEO, Zilla Parishad, Kolhapur and the Block Development Officer, Karveer shall within eight weeks from today hear the concerned parties and decide the representation dated 4th January, 2022 submitted by the Petitioners strictly on merits. (ii) All contentions of the parties are kept open. (iii) This order shall be communicated to the Offices of CEO, Zilla Parishad, Kolhapur and the Block Development Officer , Karveer by the Petitioners.
