By an Order dated 6.2.2018 the applicant was granted interim relief. By a subsequent Order dated 22.2.2018 the applicant was directed to attend the Investigating Officer and to join the process of investigation. The record indicates that, the applicant has complied with the statement made by him on 6.2.2018 and has also attended the Investigating Officer and joined the process of investigation.

After perusing the record of investigation, this Court is of the view that, for further investigation of the present crime the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary. 3.

In view of the above, the interim relief granted by Order dated
