After hearing sometime, this Court has expressed its non-inclination to grant bail. At this stage, the applicant's learned Counsel seeks permission for withdrawal with liberty to apply fresh after six months. 2.

It is informed that yet charge is not framed by the trial Court. The applicant is arrested long back on 16th February, 2019. In view of that, the trial Court is directed to expedite the proceedings. 3.
