Learned Senior Counsel for the Applicant makes a statement that during pendency of this application the charge-sheet is filed and the Applicant desires to approach the trial Court for his release on bail in the changed circumstances of filing of the charge-sheet. He seeks withdrawal of this application with such a liberty.

Considering this prayer and considering the changed circumstances, the permission is granted.
