The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that certain Government Resolutions, and the orders passed by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, Aurangabad are in favour of the Petitioner and remained to be pointed out to the Tribunal when the impugned order came to be passed. Learned counsel states that the Petitioner will approach the Tribunal and apply for review of the impugned order.

With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is disposed of. As to whether the order can be reviewed and the aspect of delay are kept open for the Tribunal to consider.
