A request is made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioners and the Respondent No.2 that the FIRs involved in these Petition, PRADIPKUMAR PRAKASHRAO DESHMANE being result of matrimonial proceedings and which have been PRADIPKUMAR PRAKASHRAO DESHMANE Date: 2021.12.23 18:23:17 +0530 resolved, be quashed by consent.

In Criminal Writ Petition No.1429/2021, the allegation in the FIR is that the Petitioner-husband who opposed the claim of Respondent No.2 of maintenance forged a Insurance Policy and submitted the same in the Court.

In Criminal Writ Petition No.1435/2021, the allegation of Respondent No.2 in the FIR is that the Petitioner-husband forged the identity card and salary slip of a private company to show employment of Respondent No.2 to defeat the claim for maintenance and submitted the same in the Court.

Considering the allegations of submitting forged documents in the Court, when it was put to the learned counsel for the Petitioners that these cases cannot be considered for quashing of FIRs by consent, the learned counsel for the Petitioners submitted that in that case the Petitioners will withdraw the Petitions and file Petitions seeking quashing of the FIRs on merits. Hence, leave to withdraw the petitions is granted. It is open to the Petitioners to file Petitions in respect of these FIRs on merits.

The Petitions are accordingly disposed of.
