1] Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. He submits that the present petition is filed against rejection of his Review Application, by the 2nd Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Pune, vide order dated 7.7.2015. One of the reasons for rejection was that the application was not filed in proper format. Hence he seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to file application before the trial Court in proper format.

2] Leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file application for Review in accordance with law is granted. 3] The trial Court will decide the same as per provisions of 1/2

4] It is made clear that this Court has not entered into merits of the matter and all contentions raised by the petitioner left open.
