Perused the letter dated 06.10.2016 addressed by learned Adhoc District Judge-1 and Asstt. Sessions Judge, Pandharpur to Registrar General of this Court. By this letter, the learned Judge has sought extension of six months time for the disposal of Civil Misc. Appeal No.6/2013.

Perused the earlier orders passed by this Court in present Petition.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the letter dated 06.10.2016, extension of six months from today for disposal of Civil Misc. Appeal No.6/2013 is granted. Office is directed to communicate this order to the learned Judge.
