In the Interim Application, the Respondent No.2 has fled Afdavit-in-Reply wherein it was contended that the Respondent No.2 will decide the application for caste validity certifcate of the Petitioner within a period of six months, but the said application is not decided till today though the period is already expired. 2/2 6.WP.2262.2020 (Corrected).doc the said application is pending since 2005, we direct the Respondent No.2 to decide the application of the Petitioner on or before 30.09.2021 at any costs. 3.

The Petitioner is at liberty to submit the caste validity certifcate, if granted by the Respondent No.2 Committee before the CIDCO and may pray for allotment of the fat.

In view of the above, we dispose of the Writ Petition and Interim Application accordingly.
