The learned APP submits that trial has commenced and the prosecution has examined five witnesses. I am therefore not inclined to entertain the present application. However, it appears that the applicant is in jail for more than five years. Considering this fact, the trial Court shall endeavor to conclude the trial as early as possible and in any case within six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
