There is consensus among the counsel appearing for the respective parties that aforesaid mentioned Criminal Appeals and Criminal Applications can be disposed of in view 2/3

of subsequent developments, after filing the aforesaid proceedings, that a Special Court is appointed under section 22 of National Investigating Agency Act, 2008. However, the learned counsel appearing for the respective applicant - accused jointly submit that the concerned court may be directed to expedite the trials, to be completed within a period of year.

In view of the fact that the Special Court is constituted under section 22 of the NIA Act, 2008, the aforesaid Criminal Appeals and Criminal Applications stand disposed of with direction that the trial is expedited.
