DATED : 15th DECEMBER 2021 P.C:- The petitioner has moved for withdrawal of the Writ Petition, in the wake of a subsequent development being Civil Suit No.159 of 2015 pending on the file of the Civil Judge, Karnala is disposed off as compromised between the parties. Writ Petition arising out of the said civil suit, therefore, do not survive and therefore the withdrawal of the same is sought for. Accepting the aforesaid statement, Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
