The learned Counsel for respondent no.2/Municipal Corporation submits that the suit structure is already demolished by the Municipal Corporation. The Municipal Corporation has filed affidavit dated 5th November, 2015 of Shri Paresh S.Panchal, Designated Officer-IV and Assistant Engineer, B & F along with the photographs. She relies on the photographs annexed with the affidavit disclosing that the building is debris. 1 / 2

The learned Counsel for the Municipal Corporation submits that nothing remains in this Appeal from Order, as the suit structure is demolished by the Municipal Corporation.

In view of the above submission, Appeal from Order is dismissed.
