All these appeals are filed under Section 58 of R.E.R.A. Act alongwith the applications for condonation of delay are moved as the appeals were preferred beyond the limitation. 2.

For the reasons stated in the Interim Applications, the delay is condoned. The applications are allowed.

Parties are in agreement that the appeals can be disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 5th February, 2020 passed in Second Appeal No. 284 of 2020.

In view of consent extended by the learned counsel for the respondent having regard to the view taken by this Court vide order dated 5th February, 2020 in Second Appeal No. 284 of 2020 are arising out of the same judgment in other connected appeals, it will be appropriate, in my opinion to allow the present appeals also in terms of the order dated 5th February, 2020 passed in Second Appeal No. 284 of 2020.
