These are two cross petitions, one filed by an employee and the other by employer bank assailing a common order dated 21st August, 2017 whereby the revision application filed by the petitioner employee in Writ Petition No.4305 of 2018 came to be rejected and the revision application 1/2

34.w4305.18.odt filed by the bank came to be partly allowed. As a consequence, the order of the Labour Court dated 9th March, 2016 to the extent it held in favour of revision applicant came to be confirmed.

Today, it is stated across the bar that the parties have arrived at a settlement and the employee Mr.Bhimrao Bhosale has been paid monetary compensation by the respondent bank which he has accepted in full and final settlement. Necessary documents in this behalf have been executed between the parties viz, the petitioner and the bank. In view of above both learned counsel states that nothing survives in these petitions. 3.

Mr.Pakale undertakes to ensure that office objections are complied within one week from today.
