The Applicant had earlier approached this Court for anticipatory bail vide A.B.A. No.1457/2023. The order dated 6.6.2023 passed by this Court (Coram: Anuja Prabhudesai, J.) records that after arguing the matter for some while, and when it was expressed that this was not a case for granting the relief, learned counsel for the Applicant sought leave to withdraw the application. Leave was granted and the Application was dismissed as withdrawn. Deshmane(PS)

Again this application is filed on merits as well as medical grounds.

Learned APP produced the medical certificates. Even today when I expressed my disinclination to grant relief in this Application, learned Counsel for the Applicant, prays for unconditional withdrawal of this Application. 4.

Permission is granted. The Application is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally and is disposed of accordingly.
