This is an application seeking modification of the operative order dated 10/1/2017 in Bail application No. 291 of 2016. The applicant was enlarged on bail vide order dated 10/1/2017 on the condition that (ii) The applicant be enlarged on bail on his furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- with one or more local solvent sureties in the like amount.

921.appp107.17.sxw The learned Counsel for the applicant upon instructions submits that the applicant could arrange for sureties in the sum of Rs. 45,000/- and is short of sureties in the remainder of Rs. 5,000/-. In view of this, the clause (ii) of the order dated 10/1/2017 stands modified as follows :

ii) The applicant be enlarged on bail on his furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 45,000/- with one or more local solvent sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court. The application stands disposed of accordingly. (SMT. SADHANA S. JADHAV, J) Talwalkar 2/2
