By this Civil Application, the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 seeks exemption from personal attendance on next date of hearing of Contempt Petition i.e. on 13.02.2017.

a) Civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b), which reads thus:

"b) Exempt Respondents No. 1 and 2 from personal appearance before this Hon'ble Court on the next date as well till further orders."

c) Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
