1] Learned APP, on instructions from the officer who is present in the Court, submits that the Charge-sheet has been filed against the Applicants on 7th February, 2019. 2] In view of the submission of learned APP, learned counsel for the Applicants, on instructions from the Applicants, seeks permission to withdraw these applications with liberty to prefer the applications for bail before the Sessions Court. 3] Hence, the applications are allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of with liberty as prayed for. In the event, the Applicant prefers an application for bail before the Sessions Court, it shall be dealt with by the Sessions Court on merits and in accordance with law without being influenced by this order or the earlier orders. 4] In view of disposal of the Bail Applications, the intervention applications being Criminal Application Nos. 167 of 2019 and 168 of 2019 do not survive and hence, stand disposed of.
