P.C.:- This is an Application for relaxation of condition No. 6(iv) imposed upon the Applicant by an Order dated 8th March 2017 passed by this Court. The said condition No.6(iv) reads as under: "The applicants shall report to the Officer of the Enforcement Directorate, Mumbai every alternate day."

The learned Counsel for the Applicant submitted that, since his release from jail, the Applicant is sincerely complying with the said condition and also attended all the dates before Trial Court. He further submitted that, this Court has relaxed the same condition 1/2

ssm 2 28-appp119.18.doc imposed upon co-accused Santosh Bhosale by an Order dated 26th June 2018.

In view thereof and for the reasons mentioned in the Application, the said condition is hereby modified and the Applicant is hereinafter directed to attend the Officer of the Enforcement Directorate, Mumbai on every first Monday of the month between 11.00 a.m and 1.00 p.m till completion of the trial.
